Total respect for your decision. It shows huge strength and integrity for you to stay closed. 🏁🏁🏁

Hard decision for you but the right decision. Dont understand why the selfish few cant understand this

Well said, it’s not the end of the world to miss a few weeks on the track, it’s about helping the NHS...

Well done Ashdown. Glad your using common sense. :)

They would class motorcross as a high risk sport

Well done

You’re doing right I think

Evening everyone since Boris Speach we have had a flood of msgs about riding!!!!

BUT Sorry we still at this time think it be to much of a Risk to open just yet .
As They said on the News they are relaxing the restrictions not fully removing them.

Just because there saying Fishing ect could be possible as of Wednesday or when ever the fact is that Motocross is a "High Risk" Sport and so we have to really look at things that little more in depth.

As soon as we know more we will be letting EVERYONE Know but theres alot to look into and maybe have to be put in place for when we do open the gates!!!

Not all about the hospitals that's just a key fact !!!It's trying to slow the spread still it's not just going to go away over night because the guy on tv said it's ok to go for a walk with the house hold to the park for the day !!! ...Please be patient ffs the workers and the owners at the track are losing out much more then you guys wanting/waiting to ride .....We still got to pay Bill's on insurance/machines ect just because track shut doesn't mean theres no costs to deal with.

After reading some of these comments, I'm actually ashamed to be apart of a sporting community where people are so selfish, to only think about themselves and not the bigger picture, yes the Hospitals may be open and A&E may be empty, and yes the PM may have relaxed lockdown slightly, however we are still in lockdown, coronavirus is still a threat to people's health and well being,Other places may be opening and that's there decision however in my personal opinion it's wrong as there is no way you can safely social distance in the track car park, no way you can safely social distance when paying or exchanging cash, there no way you can safely social distance in the event of an accident and people are trying to help,Some of you may not care , your probably the same people who have been flouting and ignoring the lockdown rules in past 6 weeks, but you need to get in the mind set of it's not all about you! The ACU and AMCA have still outlined there is to be no riding and therefore there should be no riding untill it is reasonably safe to do so.Ashdown are in my opinion are doing the right thing

Not being funny but how many car accidents are there per day putting a strain on the nhs they have not banned you from driving so why is motorsports any different

Serious question, and I Don't know if I'm missing something here, yes it's a high risk sport, but a&e in most hospitals is dead right now? So what's the harm in them dealing with a broken arm or leg or what ever? Also with the whole spreading of the virus, we have helmets goggles and gloves on and are pretty much spread out from each other on the track, so I don't see the issue?

Does this mean your have enough time for you guys to sort out that little jump by the lay by (view point of the hill) and make it into a table top!Asking for a friend 🙈🙊 😂😂😂

Far to dangerous especially when you have a load of clowns smoking weed and drinking alcohol then going out on the track !!

Good decision not to open putting rider safety first not profit

People are so thick! AMCA and ACU sent emails out to all licence holders saying we can’t ride. It’s simple. When they tell us it’s okay to carry on then by all means ride on

Good decision to stay closed for the time being in my opinion.

This is the right decision at the end of the day, as shit as it is not being able to ride there's a bigger picture to be looked at

Good decision guys. Our time will come

Do what you have to do! Ill.be there on the day you open 🤘🤘

Sorry but a n e is empty. One or two riders who would end up there if sneaking to a feild or riding a track isn't a strain on the nhs.if measures are in place n people obey the rules n social distancing I don't see the problem tbh

That’s the correct attitude for all of us

Each track can make their own decisions but you should have safety measure ideas already? Ask Eddie Todd he's already done his track. We will know in next few days

All hospitals are open for business as they have been telling us all so if some one breaks a leg it’s not a problem is it

Just saying my mate broke his leg in 2 places falling over at fishing 😂

Not the rideing it's the what if some has fatal crash NHS is stretched as it is so thy say

All these people who want the tracks open, grow up and stop thinking about yourself. We all want to ride but stopping the death toll rising is more important surely

Some right twats on all these Mx pages. Get it into your thick skulls. No!!

That’s the right decision Ashdown 👍👍👍👍👍👍

Happy to help set ene thing up with you

The govermunt and the insurance are saying its OK to open with guidelines in place?

Uncle eddy's is opening?

Pandered to the paranoid... get the tracks open
