Good ☀️ afternoon to you all.
As booking in is about to close I wanted to put out an update with regard to this weekends race meeting at Lamberhurst.
It is very important that you ALL abide by the ACU/government guidelines this weekend - restrictions are changing at all times but at present we would ask that you adhere to the current situation.
Camping is welcome however as previously stated arrival time is strictly between 5pm and 7pm. Upon arrival you will be signed in and temperature checked, and directed where to park. There will be no space saving and no squares - this is so we can maintain social distancing requirements. Please do not bring anyone aside of your immediate family - this is very important. We would recommend you bring immediate family only where necessary. Please keep the noise down and paddock area tidy.
For anyone arriving Sunday - the same rules apply above - the gate will open at 7.30am and close at 9.30am promptly.
Scrutineering will take place at your van. This will be a little different to usual due to social distancing measures.
There will be NO catering facilities onsite - please bring food and plenty of drinks. Please also take your litter home with you and respect the paddock. We have been very lucky to secure this race meeting and we don’t want to jeopardise any future events.
Please ensure your race numbers are clear and the correct number displayed - reminder we are not running transponders this weekend so correct numbers are vital.
Due to restrictions in the park ferme, and to keep numbers limited in the holding area we will be doing two sighting laps, then return to the start line for your 1st race. Helmets and gloves must be worn at all times in the holding area/start.
Order is as follows:
EK1
Vets
Under35’s
Youth Open 125/250

We have trophies for all autos and top 6 65, SW and BW kindly sponsored by Ark Joinery. At the end of the day please be vigilant and spread out when collecting and only attend when it’s your groups turn. We also have holeshot awards for youths in race 2.
Sorry for the lengthy message, but we need to ensure everything is clear to you all. Please respect everything herewith so we can all go and have a smooth and enjoyable race day.
Reminder Del will be onsite with any spares requirements.
No one is to go around the pond area at any time - this is strictly forbidden.
No spectators will be grated access - strictly rider and immediate family only can attend.
Absolutely no entries will be taken after 3pm today - no late bookings and no on the day entries.
Best of luck to you all and as always, any questions, please give us a shout. ...
