Doon Motocross Track Fastlanemcc

The facilities are provided by the club.

Dependant on the meeting. Runs about 10 times a year for a mixture of race and practice days.

directions from galway area go out the old dublin rd and take the right for ferbane and u come into ballinahown and then bout 500metres u see a right and there u have it. Leaving Dublin, take the N4 exit from the M50 heading for The West/Galway/Sligo. Take this road as far as Moate Co. Westmeath. Exit the dual carriage way at junction 7, follow signposts for Clonmacnoise, turn left, after 250m then turn right Take this turn and continue for 1.5 miles until you reach the T junction at the end of this road, then turn left. Continue for another 3.5 miles approximately until you reach a T, turn right. You'll immediately reach another T junction with a shop and a museum to your right, turn right here. You're now on the N62, approximately .75 of a mile down the road there is a laneway on your right this is the entrance to the track, this is usually a club sign to mark this lane.

The track is loamy soil is prepared to a high standard for each ride. The people who run the track have also prepared GP tracks so are very experienced.

There are no training schools here.
